CONSULTING

Put in the hard work to achieve simplicity, because complex is easy and happens by accident.

A simple message and goal is easy to pass on to others. Complex business strategy... not so much.

The value we add here is defining goals and developing a road map of how to get you there while bringing others along. The goal is to use technology to help you measure the successes and identify gaps that may break down the business objectives. This service will likely go hand in hand with developing a lasting brand and determining who you are and what you want to accomplish. In other words, build the framework for your business to grow into to be ready for growth as opposed to rounding the learning curve with technology while feeling the growing pains of expanding your business.

  • Know Yourself

Knowing who you are as a company will help keep you laser focused on the destination, and help teams know who they are and where they fit in the organization to keep things moving.

  • Know Your Audience

There's more than internal teams or external customers. Marketing teams and HR teams have different methods of communicating with their audience because they have different audiences. Your methods of communicating may not work for everyone across the board. Time restrictions, limitations of technology, or any number of limitations may prevent the message from getting across. This is where creativity has value. Know the tools in your communication tool box and select the right tool for the job.

  • Define Success

Success is different to everyone. A healthy business is a successful business. How healthy is the business if it opperates with disfunction, no direction, inadequate training, and no defining vision for the teams to rally around? There may be revenue, but that is not the only indicator of success.

  • People First

Kindness matters. How you speak and how people feel when doing business with you matters. It takes intentionality to define the ways you and your teams interact with customers and each other. People over profits is something that has to be guarded. Create the framework to help establish a culture that builds long lasting relationships with your teams and customers.

  • Manage the Changes

Maybe you realize you've gotten off course and you have defined your new destination. It takes a long time to turn a ship around. Everyone on board can feel the movement and may not know why things are different. Change management requires thoughtful and consistent communication strategy that knows the audience(s) well and what they need to know and when they need to know it. Tell them before you change them.
